Discovering the Land of the Etruscans

For those who love trekking or cycling, you can not miss a day at Lake of Chiusi, during which you can visit the Etruscan Tombs that are found along the way, through a natural oasis where you can have the good fortune to meet hares and pheasants, while to be able to admire the beauty of the lake, water lilies, swans and herons, nothing better than a ride on a small fishing boat. A lunch with the "brustico", a typical local dish based on lake fish cooked on the reeds, to be enjoyed in one of the two restaurants that are found there, will satisfy your palate as well.
Easily accessible by car, thanks to the proximity of the A1 Chiusi-Chianciano Terme motorway tollbooth and by train.
