BOOKING CONDITIONS BOOKINGS Just contact our office by phone or fax or e-mail to check the availability of the accommodation of your choice. PAYMENTS Upon confirmation by “Vacanze in campagna” of Colli Toscani snc you are requested to pay an advance of 40% of the total amount. Payments are made either by postal order, credit card or bank money order. The remainder is paid at least 30 days before the starting date of your stay in the way preferred. DOCUMENTS Italian law requires that all guests produce a means of identification (I.D. card or passport) at the time of arrival. DEPOSIT A fully-returnable deposit is requested at the time of arrival. This is to cover any possible damages to the property. If on arrival you notice any malfunctions please notify to the Agency within 24 hrs. LENGHT OF STAY All rentals are on a weekly basis and, apart from Easter and Christmas, start and end on Saturday. You may enter the premises between h. 4,00 p.m. and 7,00 p.m. Guests should leave by h. 10,00 a.m. on the agreed day of departure. NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS The number of people staying in the house should not exceed the figure stated in our brochure. In some cases extra sleeping places can be provided by previous arrangement with “Colli Toscani”. RATES All Rates are always for the weekly rental. Prices include electricity, gas and linens. Prices not include any ways of heating (wood, gas, diesel, electricity) that, when need it, will have to be paid according to the use made. CLEANINGS All properties are rented out clean, tidy and bed linen is provided. Guests will have to pay before the departure Euro 10,00 for each person only in the houses which have not cleaning service included on the rate (please look specific notes on the price list). The landlord has free access to the property for maintenance purposes-swimming pool, tennis court, garden, etc. CANCELLATIONS In the case of cancellations 30 days from the planned date of arrival 20% of the total cost is due; within 30 to 20 days from the planned date of arrival 50% of the total cost is due; within 20 to 8 days from the planned date of arrival 75% of the total cost is due and the total amount (100%) is to be paid in the case of cancellations within the last 8 days. LIABILITIES Should for any reason beyond its control “Vacanze in campagna” be unable to provide the previously confirmed accommodation it is authorised to provide an alternative of the same standard. If this is not possible, the client has the right to receive a full refund.
